Hollywood star Jennifer Aniston has given the nod to her first ever topless scene in a film which will see her paired up with heartthrob Colin Farell. 
The Friends star who is known for her 'girl next door' image will shoot a love scene with Farell, 34, in the film.
The 42-year-old will be seen playing a sex-obsessed, kinky dentist in Horrible Bosses, reported Sun online.
Her role in the film is said to be a "total departure" from her usual romantic comedy characters.
Aniston has previously only appeared partially nude in a blurred scene in the 2007 film The Break-Up.
"It was worked out before she signed her contract, so she's committed," said a source on the sets of the film. The actress has never stripped on screen, but has posed for magazines with her clothes off.
