In picture: Kareena Kapoor shared her Best Performance in a Leading Role (Female) award - for 3 Idiots - with Vidya Balan (for Paa) 3Idiots swept the 11th edition of the International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) Awards that concluded on Sunday. But the finale wasn't as glitzy as it was anticipated to be.
The absence of several Bollywood mega stars - led by IIFA brand ambassador Amitabh Bachchan รข€“ and the threatened boycott by the South Indian Film Chamber of Commerce meant the glamour quotient on the final light was much lower than in the past.
However, the likes of Salman Khan, Sanjay Dutt, Anil Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan, Kareena Kapoor, Hrithik Roshan and Bipasha Basu did try to fly the Bollywood flag.
