Porn star files paternity suit against Woods

Porn star Devon James, who alleged that ace golfer Tiger Woods is the father of her nine-year-old son Austin, has filed a paternity suit against him.

James filed legal documents on Thursday in Florida in the US, asking a judge to determine the paternity of her son, reports contactmusic.com.

She insists Woods has never taken a paternity test to prove he's the father of her son and she was keen to force her alleged ex-lover to submit to DNA testing.

However, James' mother, who currently has the custody of the boy, claims a DNA test was performed in 2002 and it was proved the golfer was not the father.

Tiger Woods fathered a child with porn star?

Devon James claims her son Austin T James was sired by Tiger Woods

Just when the world thought the Tiger Woods sex scandal is dying down, yet another shocker has emerged. The golfing legend allegedly fathered a love child with porn star and escort Devon James.

According to Devon, she gave birth to Austin in 2001. Incidentally, this was right about the same time Woods' wife Elin Nordegren was expecting their first child.

The porn star kept the birth of her son a secret until Tiger Woods got back in touch with her. Woods apparently brought nine-year-old Austin a hat and a golf club when he met him.

After the golfer's sex scandal surfaced in 2009, Devon decided to come out in the open about his love child.

"The world needs to know the truth about what was going on. There's a lot more involved that he's led on to believe," she said.

However, Devon James has admitted that Woods never took a paternity test to ascertain that Austin was his son.
